Deposit payments can be made via credit card through our secure gateway, 9pay.
We will receive your deposit instantly and confirm receipt promptly.
Please note that 3.5% processing fee applies for this payment method.

2. Bank Transfer

You may also choose to make the deposit via bank transfer to our account in Vietnam.

Train and Flight Tickets

Train and flight tickets are non-refundable.
In the event of a tour cancellation, the full cost of any booked train or flight tickets will be charged.

Land Tour Cancellation Charges

More than 45 days prior to arrival: No cancellation fee (excluding certain 5-star hotel bookings, which may be subject to specific cancellation policies).
44 – 30 days prior to arrival: 10% of the total land tour cost.
29 – 15 days prior to arrival: 20% of the total land tour cost.
14 – 10 days prior to arrival: 50% of the total land tour cost.
9 days or less prior to arrival: 100% of the total land tour cost.
